What kind of cities tend to have successful food trucks?
Researchers recently gathered data from Twitter to give us some answers.
They found more than 4,000 trucks operated in cities with a population of 100,000 or larger.
Cities that were “spread out” and had higher rents were those most welcoming to food trucks.
Temperature did not find to have an impact, whether warm or freezing cold, food trucks were welcomed.
