The state of Washington knows a good thing when they see it.
A bill is being introduced that will allow food trucks to serve beer and wine, as long as they have permission from the property where they are parked.
The beer and wine could only be served to those ordering food and the food truck must also provide an outdoor seating area.
There is some resistance, but it really seems like the “best of both worlds” for the customer and food truck owner!
Let’s push to make this the standard with South Florida Food Trucks also!
