For those folks that live in places where winter means snow and below freezing temperatures, there are signs of spring that are anxiously waited upon.

For years, these were robins and tree buds.  But now, it’s the arrival of food trucks!

Many trucks “hibernate” in the winter months or head south like some birds.

So, when the food trucks return, folks know it’s a sure sign of better times to come!

Minneapolis has 87 licensed trucks and in Chicago, 80 roam the roads.
