Producers of this show love to showcase a specialty food that is dear to each particular city.
In this case, the four food truck participants used beef.
That was a bit of a challenge for the waffle truck. But, the operators created a cheese steak waffle that proved to be quite a hit.
The lines were long at all four trucks, so their food choices must have been a hit!
