Food Truck Fights And A Tape Measure

Gourmet Truck Expo | South Florida Food Trucks

It took some time but food trucks finally won the fight to park in Minneapolis.

Now, the push is on to work their magic in Rochester.

A food truck worked out an agreement with a church near the Mayo Clinic.

In exchange for a piece of the proceeds, the church let a BBQ themed truck park on their private property, or so they thought.

Downtown businesses objected and a tape measure was produced, proving the truck was actually parked on public property.

It was forced to move … 10 feet!
