How do they cope?

First, the operators try to park in the shade and take advantage of their awnings, if they have them.

Many of the operators are sure to wear loose fitting clothing.

Doors and windows are kept open whenever feasible.

Window tint can also be of value.

Fans blowing directly on them can be a big help, even if they are blowing warm air.

They take breaks, no matter how short, when possible.

Most of all, these operators drink lots and lots of water.
