Market Street Fusion, a brick and mortar restaurant, closed just after 8 months after it opened.
Long hours and a change of heart closed the restaurant but not the dream.
The owner and his family will be opening Fusion Mobile, their food truck.
It will allow them to labor less hours, and keep the employees that love cooking.
They feel that the food truck will allow them to better concentrate on their passion: food!
