It was a resounding success, having sold out all their food.
Five vendors participated and created their most original sandwiches.
The Bitler Bistro, declared the unofficial winner, created three different sliders.
The idea behind the contest was to increase traffic at a local outdoor market.
It succeeded in bringing in approximately 11,000 visitors, up from 8,000.
Live music and hand made crafts were also enjoyed by all.
