Their Board was recently presented with a first review of food truck rules.
Their reaction? Loosen them up! The supervisors were not willing to let them operate overnight.
But, the hours from 7 am to 7 pm were more than welcomed.
Food truck operators have to get a permit that list where they will park.
The operators must follow all relevant local, state and federal health requirements.
The supervisors also are open to increasing the areas where food trucks operate.
The Board acknowledges that food trucks are a “neat idea.”
They also realize that there will be a learning curve, as with any new concept.
