Anita Lo, a celebrated chef of New York fame has found the food truck industry.
After completing culinary school in Paris, she opened 2 restaurants in New York City.
Both were critically acclaimed.

THEN SHE FOUND FOOD TRUCKS
Ms. Lo underwent a full knee replacement.
Afterwards, she found herself constantly traveling for MD and physical therapy appointments.
It was a difficult journey … made a lot easier once she found nearby food trucks.
Now, she loves “dirty” hot dogs!
