Clinton Haughton started cooking on cruise ships.
He moved to selling jerk chicken on the streets.
This culminated on launching his food truck, Johnny’s Jamaican Grill.
Being from Jamaica, he learned his craft well.
It’s a great fit in New Orleans.
Mr. Haughton feels that these types of food fit well as they both love spice.
As he gets more established, he wants to “spread the wealth.”
He’s already training a sous chef and plans on opening a brick and mortar restaurant in 3 years.
