In June of 2014, he was literally sitting on the side of the road with a sign and a cooker.
By March of 2015, he had a truck and a dream.
Mr. Maynard states he never worked so hard in his life.

It’s unique, as it represents a combination of cooking styles that he’s learned over time.
His only wish is that the laws in Cortland, N.Y. would be more favorable towards food trucks.
