Are you seeing a lot more food trucks on the road?
One reason may be that some chefs or enterprising cooks are beginning to “crowdfund” these trucks.
For those not familiar with the term, “crowdfunding” is defined as “the practice of funding a project or venture by raising monetary contributions from a large number of people, typically via the internet.”(Wikipedia)
It’s a great idea and we “foodies” are the ones to benefit…a win-win for all!
