Columbus, Ohio is trying to find an easier program for their food vendors.
But, is it working?
Initially, food truck vendors had to pay a fee every 3 months to the city to secure a spot.
That made it easier for food truck operators to get choice spots.
Starting in October, vendors will pay $25 to a private company.
Then, they will be randomly be assigned spots to set up.
Some vendors do not like this as it will make it more difficult for their followers to follow them.
