Research done by NPD Group, a global information company, revealed that many of those visiting food trucks were looking for a solution for their fast food fix.
About 50% noted they would have skipped fast food restaurants, had they found a food truck.
Another 20% said their stop at a food truck was spontaneous.
Why the switch from fast food to food truck?
