Food trucks do not follow any rules when it comes to creating meals.
Hungry’s Good Food based in Anguilla is one such truck.
Their menu boasts of bull foot, conch and goat soup as well as shrimp quesadillas and salmon pasta.
That’s not surprising as the food on the Caribbean menu is the same quality as resort food and is the only food truck in this country that serves lobster!
This food truck business started in 2004 by 2 gentleman that worked in the restaurant business.
Their goal was to bring restaurant quality food to a larger segment of the population, at an affordable rate.
Open 7 days a week, from noon to 10 pm, business remains brisk.
