They have come to revitalize neighborhoods and individuals!
They have become an industry unto themselves and impacted a lot of others.
The automotive industry, commercial food equipment (and those industries that keep these 2 things in working order) and of course the food industry itself.
As the food industry becomes more specialized, more people are involved in growing, picking, importing (and exporting) the vast array of ingredients.
Food trucks also increase productivity.
There is nothing like a delicious “pick me up” first thing in the morning, mid afternoon or late at night.
