Literally, many people don’t realize that food trucks came to the rescue of many during Hurricane Sandy.
Food trucks combined helped to serve 350,000 hot meals!
Approximately, 55 trucks worked together to help those affected by the hurricane and its aftermath.
This is just another way that food trucks fill a void that brick and mortar restaurants are not able.
Food trucks were able to provide “comfort food” for those that needed comfort the most!
