New Zealand is the latest addition to the food truck scene.
After spending some time in San Diego, Peter Stewart decided to take that experience and combine it with a “Kiwi influence.”
Called “The Roaming Dive”, it serves pulled pork, spicy chicken and crunchy fries among other foods.
Now driving within 100km radius of Auckland, Stewart is now looking for a permanent place for his truck.
He has found a real camaraderie among food truckers and regular customers who will make a trip just to say “bye” when leaving the area.
