New Bohemia Wurst and Bier Haus is making quite a name in Minnesota.
Adding 2 more brick and mortar restaurants, it is also getting into the food truck industry.
Building near fast growing cities and a university population, it’s hoping to find success.
Their food truck will debut on September 15th.
This is just in time for Minneapolis’ annual Oktoberfest celebration.
The truck will visit special events and taprooms in the area.
Additionally, it will be used to test market areas for future openings.
