Noting there’s a lot of new ones on the scene, and some are better than others.
So what does a food critic look for when visiting a food truck?

He looks to see if its a clean environment, friendly and engaging employees, and of course, the food.
Does the menu include premium ingredients?
Enticing menu items? Are the foods sourced locally?
These are a few of the items food trucks often look at, and then they “dig in” just like you and me.
