Jersey City recently audited its food truck licenses and found that 50 of them were no longer in use.
That’s great news for both that want to try their hand at operating a food truck, as well as those that love food truck food!
Prior to the audit, food truck licenses had a cap on them.
So, the fact that 50 of them are now available, is welcomed news indeed.
