Food trucks must obtain the same permits and licenses, if not more, from the various state, county and city agencies.
In order to get these, they have to undergo inspections such as Health Department, Fire Department and more. Just like brick and mortar restaurants do.
Food trucks must also follow certain requirements:
Hot water, various sinks, refrigeration are just a few of the items food trucks must have.
They also must be close to a bathroom, the exact distance determined by the specific city.
So have no fears when it comes to eating from a food truck, just enjoy the experience!
