New York Wants To Teach Inmates How To Cook With This New Program!

Two out of three released folks released from prison are rearrested within three years.

That’s a sobering fact.

But a few folks in New York are looking to change that statistic.

One is a former high school teacher that taught at Riker’s Island.

The second is a former inmate turned businessman.

Both are in the forefront of the Drive Change program.

They lead a group of twelve former inmates and teach them how to cook gourmet food.

All this is accomplished within the space of a food truck called Snowday.

These folks are truly putting folks back on the road to success.
