Food trucks are again making it “big time.”
The most recent example is 2 Fat 2 Fly.
This is a food truck that stuffs their chicken wings with jambalaya, mac and cheese and strawberry cream cheese.
Not only are they scheduled to be showcased on “The Chew”, they also are going to be part of an 8 episode “docu-series” on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
The crowd is used to a long wait, but the food is well worth it.
The owners offer friendly banter and an occasional song to keep their customers happy.
