Tampa’s, The Hungry Monkey food truck caught fire near the rig’s generator on May 14th.
Believed to be a total loss, damage is estimated to be approximately $100,000.
At the time the fire occurred, the truck was parked in a storage area and surrounding businesses suffered only minimal damage.
Gratefully, no injuries were reported.
