She wanted something different and came upon a converted VW bus.
A dream was born.
Dub Box, located in Oregon, specializes in restoring old VW vans and converting some into food trucks.
These folks have had an interest in food trucks for a long time.
It can be a long road for the food truck operator though.
Shipping them from Seattle to their final destination is one of them.
Also, VW’s are smaller than many food trucks.
That can present venting and preparation space issues.
But, like a food operator’s dreams, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way!”
