Well, the results have been tabulated … from a survey of 450 food trucks across the country.
Only food trucks were considered … not those that just served dessert and coffee or those that were not, well technically, trucks!
The results could not have been more varied.
The contestants in this years competition span the entire country from coast to coast! A famous pierogi truck in Chicago (Polish dumplings-yum!), to ramen noodles in Oklahoma. One truck even served fried bread in Phoenix and a local favorite lobster roll food truck that calls Los Angeles home, all made the cut!
Kogi BBQ, a food truck that serves Korean BBQ tacos in L.A. came in first.
Second came in The Cinnamon Snail, a vegan/organic food truck from New York City.
The top 7 called California their home and the remaining 3 New York.
However, one thing is clear, every city has their favorite food trucks!
