One thing for is for certain … food trucks are not a fad.
IBISWorld, a market organization, recently did a research report regarding food trucks.
They found that this industry is generates more than $800 million in the U.S. and estimates they will be doing $2.7 billion dollars worth of service come 2017.
The National Restaurant Association also “weighed in” and stated that food trucks are “a viable market segment with significant competitive advantages over quick-serve, fast food, and take out food vendors!”
