Food trucks have evolved … to food boats!
It started with Sasha Bouis who gave up computer programming to move to the Virgin Islands.
He loved the ambience, but missed the pizza.
In 2014, Mr. Bouis and his girlfriend transformed an aluminum sailboat into a floating pizzeria.
Called, “Pizza Pi”, the two even created a pick up window for local boaters to pull up to and pick up their favorite pizza!
