San Antonio folks have embraced food trucks for a while.
Subsequent to a recent lawsuit, the City Council is poised to remove a current rule from “their books.”
Food trucks are currently prohibited from parking within a football field of a restaurant without permission from its owner.
There is no opposition to its removal.
All feel they should be allowed to make a living.
Locals note many of the food trucks serve upscale foods that are “chef driven.”
Many of the entrees are considered gourmet and all are delicious.
In fact, Mobile Cuisine Magazine named this city as the best one to start a food truck business in 2014.
