Food Truck Registration

To participate in any Gourmet Truck Expo events, you must become a registered truck!

Effective 2/1/2026 we require all trucks that want to sign up to have AT LEAST 200 Followers on their Facebook Business Page (no personal profiles) and AT LEAST 200 Followers on Instagram. Trucks not meeting these minimums will not be able to register.

Please fill out ALL fields in the food truck registration form below and provide the following documents:
