John Curran operates a food truck that serves the freshest of food.
Called John and Brenda’s, he serves a variety of grilled sausage sandwiches.
These sandwiches are made right in the truck.
Mr. Curran picks up the meat and uses his own grinder to make the sausage.
There are no additives or preservatives in his sandwiches.
Fried peppers and onions are also served.
Mr. Curran started his traveling sausage business in the late 1960’s.
He’s been traveling to festivals and fairs ever sense!
