Thirteen year old, Lucas Hobbs, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma last January.
He was one of three hundred children to be granted any desire through “Make A Wish.”
This organization grants the wishes of children with life threatening illnesses.
So, what was his wish?
To feed folks.
Lucas and 9 food truck chefs served food at multiple places: his church, school, and his grandmother’s senior housing complex.
Now in remission, Lucas remembered how his family and friends brought his family food when he was ill.
