He took 2 1970’s Airstream trailers and retrofitted them as modern food trucks.
His customers are forever thankful.
THE ART OF FOOD FUSION
His mix of food flavors is an art form. “Sushi Sanchez” is a Japanese-Mexican hybrid.
He also mixes food with folks.
He’s debuting the trucks at the Chocolate Binge Festival & Arts Fair.
The local police will serve hot chocolate while the fire department will roast marshmallows.
THE OVERALL GOAL
Buckley’s overall goal is to try new things while growing the arts district.
