A mobile “meals on wheels”, these trucks delivered food to both victims and those helping them.
Conversely, there are “reverse food trucks” that people donate money as well as food to.
Some of these trucks also teach individuals culinary skills!
Still other food trucks work on a regular basis delivering food to folks in impoverished neighborhoods.
These people may not have the money for food or for the transportation to get to fresh fruit and vegetables.
Food trucks often work in concert with fundraising or to provide entertainment to hard working individuals.
In some places, food is available 24 hours a days / 7days a week.
